September 11. A day of shame and suffering.

A Tribute.

Men and Women unnecessary killed,

New York’s Fire fighters and Police.

A vicious hatred that chilled,

That would deny the United States peace.

Civilians from all walks of life,

Doing their daily tasks in the W T C,

Killed by terrorists seeking strife,

Trying to break the Nations economy.

Show the World that they miserably failed,

The Peoples of America will not hide.

Nor from terrorists be blackmailed,

For FREE Citizens have a wondrous pride.

Think well a thought out plan,

To wipe out Bin Laden and his deadly crew.

America show to your fellow man,

That the twin Towers will be built anew.

To the workers that clear the debris away,

Exhausted and shattered daily by what you see.

Know that our thoughts are with you in every way,

One of those dead loved ones could have been me.

Peoples of America united in sorrow,

In anger and in terrible grief.

There will be a new tomorrow,

This is my solemn belief.

The civilised world condemns this foul act,

From bestial fanatics of death.

We will glean even the tiniest fact,

To hunt down Osama bin Laden the terrorist chef.

Fast Asleep.

I should be in bed fast asleep,

But I am troubled by bad dreams.

Things I have seen during the day I could just weep,

I sometimes fill the nights with very loud screams.

The television shows scenes of a terrible time,

Aeroplanes filled with innocent passengers and crew.

Forced to die while witnessing this terrorist crime,

My sorrow and yes my anger with every second grew.

Over five thousand killed and or sadly missed,

Nothing can bring them back to life again.

Osama bin Laden the holy Koran kissed,

His ruthlessness wanted to cause nothing but death and pain.

The rescue workers that tried to save lives,

Were themselves killed when the W T C Towers capsized.

Ordinary Policemen and fire fighters with children and wives,

Who will commiserate and keep them safe for the rest of their lives?

The proud twin towers of the W T C.

Destroyed with the loss of family and friends.

Nothing but debris is left to see,

Is this the new world or terrorist trends?

It must never be allowed to happen again,

These terrorists must be hunted wherever they be.

Teach them a lesson by causing great fear and pain,

Let vengeance be carried out for the entire world to see.

A Cowardly Man.

Osama bin Laden a cowardly man,

Did not go himself on a suicide mission.

He did have a despicable plan,

To cause destruction and grief but not submission.

Sitting smug in some terrorist hide,

He planned to cause havoc and distress.

The means to catch him are very wide,

In the end he will be caught, we will not digress.

He will pay the price of all evil men,

Either in an international court,

Or in a hail of destruction I know not when.

For terrorist evil must be fought.

Freeze his bank accounts all over the globe,

Punish him with the loss of his money.

Without finances he cannot last long,

He will find this life not so funny.

Where no money is left to finance terror,

His terrorists will loose heart and strength.

This will be the time to show him his error

And hunt him down to any great length.

I would like to be a Judge in a court of law,

I would ask him why he did not support the poor.

He could have built hospitals and schools

With the money used to break international law.

But as I have said he is a cowardly man,

Play with weapons as toys.

He would not dream of a fairness plan,

Just wanted to play terror with the other idiot boys.

Come into the open Osama bin Laden,

Bring your criminal friends along,

The hearts of all right thinking men harden,

And are waiting to hear your death’s song.

Who.

Who will take the pain away?

This pain of terrible grief.

Who will wipe the tears away?

When there is no more belief.

Father, Mother, Sister, Brother,

A family lost in mourning sadness.

Wives, Husbands, children all,

Can they turn to each other?

To ease the aching madness,

Madness born of terrible loss.

Despair a threshold new again,

Nothing but time can ease such pain.

Blackness deepest dark for months on end,

Who can say when and if the sadness will mend?

No faith, No hope, No courage left,

Just the pain of a loved one bereft.

Half-mast.
The flags are flying at half-mast,
Death and destruction came so fast.
New York the eleventh of September,
Will be a day for history to remember.
A day when a cowardly man and his mob,
Caused thousands of people to weep and sob.
The whole Nation was thrown into a shock,
The news caused the whole World to rock.
The killing of innocent people for no reason at all,
By the terrorists at Osama Bin Ladens call.
Two proud towers that rose into the sky,
The World Trade Centre where many did die.
Office workers, Policemen and fire fighters all,
Buried and killed as the WTC did fall.
Many a heroic deed took place that day,
By Men and Women to whom our tribute we pay.
Posthumous Honour for one and all,
As they answered their duty's call.
Yes the flags are flying at half-mast,
Because death and destruction came so fast.
